My only word of caution is although they provide wifi, it's unreliable and painfully slow, so if you have work to do, you'll need to head down to the resort and rent some space at one of their four restaurants with a few drinks and use the hotel's network.

A wonderful place to stay! We recently visited while backpacking through on the Great Eastern Trail. Only a couple of miles west of the designated route, it is well worth the detour.

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!! We highly recommend anyone staying in Flintstone to stay at 7C's !!! We will if we ever go to Flintstone again!!

I promised the owner I would leave a review, but I'm selfishly concerned that my honesty might make it harder to snag a cabin in subsequent years. I actually can't believe we're able to book a room with less than a month's notice in the Summer. It's located in the mountains less than 10 minutes from Rocky Gap Casino and Resort and the associated camp grounds. My wife's family loves camping ... and I love them, which is why we spend all day together and at night, they go back to their tents and I hop back to my immaculately clean air-conditioned cabin-shaped lodge with vaulted ceilings and more hot water than I've been able to use up so far.

I've had many wonderful stays, and this one will not be the last.

Our stay in Flintstone, MD at the 7'C's Cabins was Wonderful! Our cabins were absolutely Beautiful! They look brand new, clean, homey and comfortable! The Decor is beautiful on the inside!

Have always enjoyed our stays at 7 C's. Great place to sit back and relax and enjoy the mountain views. Cabins are always clean and in top notch shape. Plus, who doesn't love tasteful country decor and air conditioning!!

The whole place has a meticulous rustic-country charm, from the outside-inside decor to the timber-framed beds, and the affiliated restaurant next door knocks breakfast out of the park, with satisfying home-style cooking done simply and well.

I share the previous reviewer's reluctance to tell the world about this place! This is our second year staying here for an end-of-summer getaway. It's just lovely. So wonderful to arrive and step in to the smell of fresh pine. Feels like a mountain retreat. The cabins are beautiful, very well maintained... The owners thought of everything. Beautiful furnishings in a quaint, country style. Unending hot water. We met the owner who was building another cabin next to ours. He told us he put in the best water pressure equalizer to make sure the cabins never run out of hot water. There's not much around but that's what makes it a great getaway. There's the Girls R Cookin' Cafe next door, which is nice but sometimes we don't want to eat out every meal. We brought breakfast cereal, milk, yogurt and snacks. The little kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker is perfect. There was even paper towels and a little dish soap under the sink. We've also fallen in love with the Oak Barrel Cafe about 12 minutes east at the High Germany exit, but that's another review! The most amazing part is that 7 C's Lodging is quite affordable compared to pretty much anything else during the in-season months and so far has not been difficult to get a last-minute reservation. We enjoyed our time exploring Berkeley Springs, checking out the C&O canal , Cumberland, Frostburg, Rocky Gap, and we even went down to Harpers Ferry which is a little farther away but still doable.

A BIG thank you to rescuing us when we locked ourselves out of our cabin the first night of our stay , at 10:00 PM!! Lol lol within 10 minutes a kind young man let us in and we all had a good laugh!

If passing through or in the mood to "get away" 7 C's can't be beat!
